Is there a new family in the community?
Did someone just welcome a new baby?
Did a family just take a  great trip or participate in  an adventure?

Our publications are written by and for the residents of our neighborhoods.  In order to have interesting and relevant content, we need your help.  We want your ideas, suggestions, nominations, contributions, and participation in the publication.  Many articles are written by actual residents in our communities.  Without your input, we would not be able to produce something that we all can be proud of.  To submit content, email us your idea or your article in a Word document or typed into the body of an email.  Send us your high-resolution photos.  Images should be full size; web downloads, cell phone shots, and those photos reduced in size for emailing will likely not print properly in our full color glossy format.

 

Our Welcome Home publication is both a beautiful gift and resource for new homeowners moving into the area.  The publication provides local information, history, important phone numbers, location of parks, recommendations on local restaurants, advice for meeting new neighbors, and recommendations to great local businesses.

About Us

What We do

We create custom publications for large communities and municipalities with the goal to connect the residents in a way that is both informative and social. Our publications reduce the size of communities by enhancing communication and sharing information about the residents who live there. Readers enjoy the opportunity to learn about their neighbors by reading their stories and activities, and sharing the important parts of their life. These high-quality custom publications echo the voice of the neighborhood and are a reflection of the community itself.    Communities who receive an ECO publication find that they know more about their neighbors and feel connected to them in ways that would not be possible in any other way. The program also helps to build the brand of the community by helping make the neighborhod desirable to live in.  Sought after neighborhoods benefit with higher home values and shorter listing time on the market.    

 

We also organize and host events that bring the community together so that residents can meet their neighbors and develop relationships.  In a time when most families have little extra time to build relationships with neighbors, we find ways to help make those neighborhood connections a little easier.

 

In other words, we are building bridges to communities.

We’ve developed a new approach called micro-target-marketing that is leading the print media market by giving business owners the opportunity to reach highly sought-after niche markets.

Our publications are customized and delivered by U. S. Mail each month to large communities and municipalities in your market area.  The community-focused content includes stories about families, kids, homes, social events, fund raising, and resources tailored to each community; which are read and re-read by the residents of the neighborhood.  Many articles are written and submitted by the very residents who live there.  Some communities even establish committees that take an active role in the direction and focus of the magazine creating a sense of personal ownership.

 

We limit advertising in the publication which reduces the number of competitors and guarantees a content-rich magazine.  Residents look forward to the magazine each month, read it cover to cover, and your message gets read and re-read.  The publication has a long shelf life and typically sits on a kitchen counter or coffee table until the next one arrives.  Residents often share the publication with other family members and friends increasing the reach of your message.

 

Welcome Home reaches homeowners who need to establish relationships to new local businesses and vendors. New homeowners will spend more in the first 3 months after they close than most families spend in 3 years.  And they are typically loyal to the first business who approaches them.  Reach these residents before your competition does.
